Yassa Senegalese Restaurant is located on 3511 S. King Drive in the Historic Bronzeville neighborhood. Personally, this is my favorite strip of the city. The enormous brownstones that lace King Drive all have unique personalities, like the architect wanted each family to feel special.

The Senegal inspired restaurant has tons of personality with pictures of Maya Angelou on the walls, the food is raved about on Yelp, by Check Please and customers. There was even a video of kid testifying to how great the food is. You know kids are picky as all hell.
This is a family owned business, that takes great pride in serving the Southside community. Let’s spread the word about their phenomenal food and service.

The Revival is new to the Hyde Park community but it’s already making waves by offering Improv classes for kids and adults. I’m thinking of taking the improv class to help me with public speaking. I need to loosen up a bit.
The classes are really what makes Revival more than a comedy theater. For parents looking for new experiences for their kids or even themselves, a Revival class is perfect.
