So truly every time I go for a check up, I’m clutching my black pearls. 
Today I got my biometric screening numbers back and…my numbers are looking nice. 

 

 

No pre diabetes, good Cholesterol on point, Body Mass Index is in range, waist still snatched and my blood pressure is normal.

Not saying this to brag. I’m saying this to encourage you to make your health a priority now. My mom died at 36…

I can’t afford to put just anything in my body and you can’t either.
